Delivery times
- Delivery is done between 1–3 business working days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received.
- Delivery fees depend on your region and are added at checkout.
- International: quoted per order, typically 5–10 working days.

No returns & no refunds
- All sales are final — we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
- Please confirm your length, texture, colour and price before paying.
- Report a wrong item within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
