Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
- Greater Accra: delivered same day or next day.
- All other regions: 1–3 working days via courier.
- International: quoted per order, typically 5–10 working days.

Free delivery nationwide on orders above GH₵5,000.
Returns & exchanges
- Unworn, uncut hair in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-coloured units, cut lace and accessories are final sale.
- Report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of inspection.
