Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation message. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is no longer in stock.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are added at checkout based on your region.
Product descriptions
Hair is a natural product. Slight variation in colour, wave pattern and length is normal and is not considered a defect.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
Returns
Our return policy is set out on the Delivery & Returns page and forms part of these terms.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat styling, colouring or third-party installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
