Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation message. If an item is no longer in stock we will offer a replacement of equal value.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are added at checkout based on your region.
Product descriptions
Hair is a natural product. Slight variation in colour, wave pattern and length is normal and is not considered a defect.
Delivery
Delivery is done between 1–3 business working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines are estimates and we are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
No returns & no refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. Please confirm your length, texture and colour before paying.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat styling, colouring or third-party installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
